A free snapshot, a short call, then a measured 90-day program.
Nothing here is automated end to end. A person reviews every snapshot, every draft and every report. You approve in the portal before anything that needs approval goes live.
The four steps
Each step is optional until you decide to take the next one.
Free listing snapshot
You send a store or listing URL and a work email. A person reviews one or two public listings and replies within 2 business days with three evidence-backed observations and one recommended next step. No login, no call required.
Request a snapshotOptional 20-minute review call
If the snapshot raises questions, we walk through it, ask about your catalog and goals, and tell you honestly whether a paid audit or a plan is worth it for your size.
Book a reviewPaid audit or a plan
The $499 Growth audit scores up to 10 listings, maps keyword and attribute gaps, reviews ad waste and samples 25 prompts across four engines, with a 90-day plan. It is credited to your first month if you sign within 30 days.

Approval before publication
Every change that needs your approval appears in the client portal as a request with the draft, the evidence behind it and the platform rules we checked. You approve or request changes. We publish with delegated access, record the date, and measure the change with the platform's own reports.
We draft from your verified facts and your brand guide, and flag any assumption we had to make.
A second person on our team reviews the draft against the platform's current rules and edits it.
You see the request in the portal with the evidence. Approve, or request changes with a comment.
We publish, log the date, and report what moved in the weekly or monthly report.

Questions
Do I have to take the call?
No. The snapshot stands on its own. The call is there if you want to talk it through.
What if the snapshot finds nothing worth fixing?
We say so. Some listings are in good shape, and we would rather tell you that than invent work.
Who owns the accounts and the content?
You do. Access is delegated to a named VendaHawk identity and you can revoke it at any time. Content we produce for you is yours once paid for.
Can I set some changes to auto-approve?
Yes. In onboarding you choose a window (24, 48 or 72 hours, or never) after which unanswered approval requests go live. Price, claims and budget changes always wait for a person.
