Listings that answer buyer questions and pass each marketplace's rules.
Amazon, eBay and Walmart each have their own character limits, prohibited phrases, attribute sets and quality scores. We write to each one separately from your verified product facts, validate against the published rules, and only publish after you approve.
What changes
Complete, accurate structured data
Every required and recommended attribute, item specific or key feature filled from facts you confirmed, so filters, search and assistants can match the product.
Copy that passes the platform's rules
We check title length, prohibited promotional phrases, repeated words, all-caps and HTML before a draft reaches you.
Measured in the seller tools
Sessions, unit session percentage and conversion from Seller Central; views and orders from Seller Hub; Listing Quality from Seller Center.
What the listing audit checks
The concrete checks, the sources we read them from, and nothing vague.
What the listing audit checks
| Check | What we look at | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Title | Length, keyword order, prohibited characters and phrases, brand and model placement per platform | Amazon title rules, eBay 80-character limit, Walmart subcategory averages |
| Bullets and key features | Five Amazon bullets, Walmart key features, each a fact a buyer or assistant can use | Listing content vs verified facts |
| Attributes and item specifics | Required and recommended fields filled; variants consistent; compatibility in structured fields | Seller Central, Seller Hub, Seller Center attribute reports |
| Description and A+ | Plain, factual, no HTML beyond what is allowed; A+ modules where eligible | Listing page, Brand Registry status |
| Images | Main image compliance, count, resolution, 1:1 ratio, product fills the frame | Platform image policies |
| Questions and reviews | Unanswered buyer questions and review themes that the listing should address | Q&A, reviews, Product Support content |
Issues we fix
The gaps we find most often. Each one has a documented cause and a documented fix.
- Titles stuffed with keywords that break Amazon's or Walmart's rules and get suppressed
- Empty or 'Does not apply' item specifics on eBay that keep the listing out of filtered results
- Conflicting facts between title, bullets and attributes, which Amazon says causes assistant errors
- Walmart Listing Quality capped by missing attributes, short descriptions or too few images
- Variants with inconsistent names, images or attributes
- Prohibited claims (best seller, guaranteed, free shipping) in copy
Deliverables

Client approval and publication
A real sequence. Nothing goes live before approval where approval is required.
We draft the change and attach the evidence that motivated it.
A second person on our team reviews the draft against the platform's rules and your brand guide (brand voice, facts, claims policy).
You approve or request changes in the client portal. Nothing goes live before approval where approval is required.
We publish, record the date, and measure the change with the platform's own reports.
Proof policy
We report platform-native numbers only: Seller Central sessions and unit session percentage, Seller Hub views and orders, Seller Center Listing Quality and issue counts, each with the date range. Before and after examples are published only with your consent.

Questions
Do you upload the changes or do we?
Either. With delegated access we publish after your approval and record the date. Without it we deliver the copy and a completed attribute sheet for your team.
Can you put schema inside my eBay listing?
No. eBay strips all active content including script tags, so JSON-LD cannot live in a listing. The structured layer on eBay is item specifics, and a brand site with Product schema can point at the eBay item.
How many products can you handle a month?
Starter includes 4 listing optimizations a month, Growth 8, Enterprise 16 at the reference scope. Extra listings are $149 each, or $149 a month for a block of 10 extra SKUs.
What about Alexa for Shopping, Sparky and eBay's AI?
They read the listing itself: catalog data, reviews, Q&A, attributes. Complete, consistent structured fields are the lever. We never promise placement inside them.
Where this sits in the plans
Included in every plan. Extra listing optimizations are $149 per ASIN or SKU; new listing creation is $199 per SKU.
