Better Amazon listings for the AI shopping era.

Alexa for Shopping (Amazon's assistant, formerly Rufus) answers product questions from the catalog, customer reviews and community Q&A. Amazon says errors come from conflicts between parts of the detail page and that compatibility answers come from structured fields. So the work is unglamorous: complete, consistent, rule-compliant listings, measured in Seller Central.

  • ASIN content audit
  • Detail-page clarity
  • Verified attributes
  • A+ content where eligible
  • Approved experiments

Three outcomes

  • Listings that pass Amazon's rules

Titles, bullets and descriptions validated against length limits, prohibited phrases and formatting before you see them.

  • Attributes that agree with each other

Structured fields, bullets and A+ say the same thing, so the assistant and the filters can match the product.

  • Measured in Seller Central

Sessions, unit session percentage and attributable sales by ASIN, with experiment results where Manage Your Experiments is available.

Amazon audit scope

Concrete checks against the platform's published rules and inputs.

Amazon audit scope

AreaWhat we check
TitleUnder 200 characters, brand and model placement, no prohibited characters or promotional phrases, no repeated words
BulletsFive factual bullets under 255 characters, no emoji, no claims the listing cannot support
AttributesRequired and recommended structured fields, compatibility, variants consistent
A+ contentEligibility via Brand Registry, module plan, image briefs
ImagesMain image compliance, count, zoom resolution
Questions and reviewsUnanswered questions and review themes to address in copy and Product Support
ExperimentsCandidates for Manage Your Experiments on title, main image and A+

Issues we fix

  • Title keyword stuffing that triggers suppression or truncation on mobile
  • Bullets with 'best seller', 'guaranteed' or 'free shipping' claims
  • Compatibility only in the description, not in structured fields
  • Conflicting dimensions between title, bullets and attributes
  • A+ content that repeats the bullets instead of answering questions
  • Product Support content never uploaded

Client approval and publication

  1. We draft each change with the evidence behind it.

  2. A second person on our team checks it against the platform's current rules and your brand guide.

  3. You approve or request changes in the client portal.

  4. We publish with delegated access, log the date, and measure with the platform's own reports.

Proof and reporting sources

Every number comes from the platform's own reports, with the date range. No invented percentages, no screenshots without dates.

  • Seller Central Business Reports

  • Brand Analytics

Search query performance, branded search lift as a proxy for assistant and social influence

Constraint we state up front

Alexa for Shopping is the current name of Amazon's assistant as of 2026-05-13; Rufus is the former name. Amazon publishes no field weighting and no ranking inside the assistant. We never promise placement there, and we treat branded-search lift as an inferred signal, not a surveyed one.

Onboarding requirements

Access is delegated to a named VendaHawk identity. We never ask for a password.

  • Seller Central secondary user for a named VendaHawk identity with View and Edit on inventory, advertising, A+ and reports (never Admin on settings or bank)
  • Brand Registry status and, if enrolled, a Brand Representative role
  • Verified facts per hero ASIN and your claims policy
  • Target marketplaces (US, UK, DE and so on)
How access and approvals work

Questions

Can you get my product recommended by Alexa for Shopping?

No one can promise that. We make the listing complete, consistent and rule-compliant, which is the only documented lever, and we measure Seller Central outcomes.

Do you handle Vendor Central?

Yes, under Enterprise. Vendor content work has different tooling and lead times.

Will you run my PPC too?

Yes, on Growth or as an add-on. We fix the listing first so the ads land on a page that converts.

How do you avoid suppressed listings?

Every draft is checked for length, prohibited phrases, characters and repetition before a person reviews it.

Where this sits in the plans

Amazon can be the single channel on Starter (4 listing optimizations a month) or one of two marketplaces on Growth (8 a month plus 1 A+ page). Extra ASINs are $149.
