Terms of service

What we do

VendaHawk improves product information, listings, feeds, structured data, content, creative and advertising on the platforms you sell on, and reports results using the numbers each platform provides. The scope of each plan is the one published on the pricing page on the day you sign, and is confirmed in your order form.

What we do not promise

• We do not guarantee rankings, sales, review counts, AI citations or recommendations by any assistant. AI answers are sampled and personalised, and no platform offers guaranteed placement.
• We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or partnered with Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Shopify, OpenAI, Google, Microsoft, Perplexity or Anthropic, and we cannot influence their decisions about your account.
• We do not buy, write or incentivise reviews, and we will decline work that asks us to.

The free snapshot

The snapshot is a manual review of one or two public listings, delivered by email within 2 business days. It is our opinion based on public pages on the day of review, provided free and without warranty. We may decline a request that is outside what we do.

Access and approvals

• You grant access to a named VendaHawk identity using each platform's delegated-access route. We never ask for passwords, and you can revoke access at any time. Work that needs access pauses while access is missing.
• Where a change requires your approval, we publish only after you approve it in the client portal or in writing. You may set an auto-approval window during onboarding; price, claims and budget changes always wait for a person.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the product facts, claims evidence and brand assets you give us, and for your compliance with each platform's policies and applicable law. We validate drafts against published platform rules but cannot guarantee a platform's decision.

Fees and billing

• Plans are billed monthly in advance. Starter and Growth have a 3-month minimum, then run month to month with 30 days notice. Enterprise is scoped in writing.
• Ad spend is billed by the platforms to your own accounts; we never carry media. Human creator fees are passed through at cost.
• The $499 Growth audit is credited in full to your first month on any plan signed within 30 days of delivery. The $1,499 Deep audit is not credited against a plan.
• Unused monthly quantities do not roll over. Overage inside a month is billed at the published add-on price. Swaps within a category are allowed with strategist approval.
• Price changes come with 30 days notice; you keep your rate for the current term.

Pausing and cancellation

After the minimum term either side may cancel with 30 days written notice. Growth and Enterprise clients may pause once a year for up to 60 days; tracked prompts keep running during a pause so the history is unbroken. On cancellation we hand over work in progress, remove our access and delete or return your data as described in the privacy policy.

Ownership

Listings, images, videos, articles, posts and other deliverables are yours once paid for. Our methods, templates and working files remain ours. Platform and product names belong to their owners.

Confidentiality

We keep your business information confidential and use it only to do the work. We publish results, before and after examples or your name only with your written consent.

Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, platform suspensions or decisions made by third-party platforms. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
